Atmosphere Events and Catering is a full-service catering and event planning company owned and operated by Dana and Nicolas Rolland.  We have the ability to handle events from two guests to 2,000 guests from start to finish - from menu planning and décor to rentals and staffing.  Our catering chefs are European-trained, each with over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors.  We are at the top of the game when it comes to service; our servers have been working with us since our first event in 2004.

In the private sector, we have catered breakfast, lunch and dinner (both buffet and plated) on a daily and weekly basis for countless families.  We work with our clients’ nutritional needs as well as within their budgetary confinements - we feel everybody has the right to a great event! 

On the public side, Atmosphere has worked with companies such as Paramount Pictures, Herman Miller Designs, Bill Blass, Maxmara, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Delta, SkyTeam, Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, Valley Cultural Center, The Hanover Company, Archstone Apartments, Blu Beverly Hills, Villa Malibu, Wagner Junker Public Relations, BluPrint Public Relations, Starlight Foundation, U.S. Olympic Ski and Snowboard Association, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, American Jewish World Service, Luminario Ballet, Susan Pritzker Foundation and a host of others.

About Us
Atmosphere is very active within the communities of West Hills, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Topanga and Malibu and has clients throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties.  We've participated in numerous public music and art festivals selling our food specialties as well as had a booth at the Valley Cultural Center's Concerts in the Park.

We believe that the food we serve should be as healthy as possible.  We are making efforts to use organic, GMO-free ingredients from local vendors.  Using fresh items to make homemade food is what we are about.

Additionally, we strive to be as eco-conscious as possible; in fact, we are well-known as one of the “greenest” caterers.  From composting and recycling to using eco-friendly cleansers and using products such as cups, plates, napkins and flatware made from sugar cane and wheat-based products instead of using plastic and paper products - on a daily basis, we try to find new ways to save our planet.

Dana, a Los Angeles native, and Nicolas, a Paris-born chef, met playing tennis in 2002 in West Los Angeles.  Dana's background in event coordinating and sales mixed with Nic's chef experience made the perfect combination to open an event coordinating & catering business in 2004!  Dana and Nicolas moved to West Hills in 2007 and live there with their 8 year-old son, Dominique (considered a tennis prodigy) and their 14 month-old daughter, Sofie (she dabbles in modeling).
